We’re absolutely thrilled to have you here! At Bow and Bling, we believe every cheerleader deserves to shine, and we can't wait to help you sparkle with our fabulous subscription boxes. Before you dive in, let’s go over our membership details, so you know exactly what to expect.
**Subscription Plans Tailored Just for You!**
Choose the plan that best fits your cheerleading journey:
- Monthly Subscription: For just $69.99 a month, you can enjoy a fresh, exciting box filled with cheer accessories each month.
- 6-Month Subscription: Save 10% and get your monthly box for only $62.99. That’s just $377.94 for six months of cheer goodness!
- Annual Subscription: The ultimate deal! Enjoy 15% off and pay only $59.49 per month, totaling $713.88 for a whole year of fabulousness. - Personalization: Want to add a special touch? For just $10, you can personalize your box, making it uniquely yours!
**Shipping Made Easy**
We want your cheer gear to arrive quickly! A small shipping fee of $5.99 will be added to your monthly subscription. Your first Bling Box will be charged right away, and you can expect subsequent charges on the 15th of each month.
Currently, we’re shipping within the United States, and we’re working hard to offer international shipping soon, so stay tuned for updates!
**Hassle-Free Payment**
We make payment easy! We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay. If there’s ever an issue with your payment, we’ll try to process it three times over the course of a week. You’ll receive friendly reminders, and you can update your payment information anytime. If we can’t process your payment after three attempts, we’ll need to cancel your subscription, but we’ll make sure you have all the information you need to rejoin later!
**Easy Cancellations**
We understand life happens! You can cancel your subscription whenever you’d like through your customer portal. Here’s a quick guide:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Just make sure to cancel before the 15th of the month, and you won’t be charged for the next box.
- 6-Month and Annual Subscriptions: These will renew automatically. To avoid any surprises, just cancel before the 15th of your last month. For example, if you started in January, cancel before June 15th to prevent renewal.
Even after cancellation, you’ll continue to receive all the boxes you’ve paid for until the end of your subscription term—no worries here!
**Delivery You Can Count On**
Your cheer treasures are just around the corner! We typically ship your boxes in the last week of the month prior, so you’ll receive your goodies right on time. You’ll also receive a cheerful email with a tracking number once your box is on its way, so you can follow along and get excited for its arrival!
**Damages and Refunds—We’re Here for You!**
We want you to love every item in your box! While we currently don’t accept returns or exchanges, if something arrives damaged, please reach out to us at contact@bowandbling.com within seven days. Just send us a photo of the item, and we’ll work quickly to make it right with a replacement or refund.
**Member Responsibilities—Let’s Stay Connected!**
As a valued member, you can log into your account anytime to update your size, shipping address, or personalization details. Keeping your information up to date helps us serve you better and ensures that your fabulous cheer gear arrives just as you like it!
